These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Digitul website and to products purchased from Digitul. By using our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Digitul supplies refurbished, pre-owned and used technology products, including business laptops and laptop accessories, to customers in South Africa.
1. About Digitul
Digitul supplies quality refurbished and pre-owned Dell, HP and Lenovo business laptops, together with selected laptop accessories.
All products are tested and checked before being supplied.
Because many of our products are refurbished or pre-owned, products may show reasonable signs of previous use consistent with their stated condition.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Individual products may differ in appearance, cosmetic condition, specifications or accessories supplied.
The condition of each product will be stated on the applicable product listing.
Customers should review the product description and specifications before placing an order.
3. Product Pricing
Prices displayed on the Digitul website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error or circumstances permitted by applicable law.
Where additional delivery or other charges apply, these will be communicated or displayed before the order is finalised.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the selected product at the displayed price.
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Digitul may contact you to confirm or verify order information where reasonably necessary.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Digitul will contact the customer and advise on the available options.
5. Payment
Payments made through the Digitul website may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayFast.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and conditions.
6. Delivery
Digitul offers local collection and courier delivery across South Africa.
Orders are prepared once payment has been received in full.
For courier orders, Digitul aims to have orders ready for courier collection within 24 working hours.
Typical delivery estimates are:
Metro areas: 2–5 working days
Regional areas: 2–5 working days
Rural areas: 3–6 working days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods or circumstances outside Digitul's control.

7. Local Collection
Customers who select local collection may collect their order from:

Orders will generally be ready for collection within 48 working hours after payment has been received in full. Digitul will confirm when the order is ready for collection.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to the condition of the product, the reason for the return and applicable consumer-protection law.
Customers must contact Digitul before returning a product.

9. Warranty
Digitul provides warranty support according to the condition of the product unless a different warranty period is clearly stated on the product listing or invoice.
The standard warranty periods are:
Refurbished Products — 6 Months
Pre-Owned & Used Products — 3 Months
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing.Please refer to our Warranty Policy for the full warranty terms and exclusions.
10. Refurbished and Pre-Owned Products
Refurbished and pre-owned products are previously used products.
They may have reasonable cosmetic signs of previous use consistent with their stated condition.
Cosmetic marks or wear that were disclosed or reasonably apparent at the time of purchase are not automatically considered warranty defects.
11. Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Digitul as soon as possible.
Cancellation may depend on whether the order has already been processed, prepared, dispatched or collected by a courier.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove any cancellation rights that may apply under applicable law.

12. Digital Products
Digital products, including software keys and digital licences, may be non-refundable once supplied or activated, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.
13. Website Use
You agree to use the Digitul website lawfully.
You must not:
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
Submit false or misleading information;
Copy or reproduce website content without permission; or
Use the website in a manner that may harm Digitul, its customers or service providers.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Digitul name, logo, website content, graphics, text, product descriptions and other materials displayed on the website belong to Digitul or are used with appropriate permission.
These materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without permission.
15. Website Availability
Digitul aims to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

Personal information collected through the Digitul website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
